Good location, superb community with the renting company, quiet area, good facilities, good shops nearby, plenty of space

Great location and accommodation. The house is very comfortable and has all amenities that are needed for a shorterlonger stay. The place is cozy and located very close to one of the nicest beaches on the island. Host is very proactive and helpful and communication was very smooth. Highly recommend

Close to Alcudia absolutely best beach! A supermarket just a few blocks away, and of course nice house with all you need for a shorterlonger stay. A bit warm to sleep at night because of air conditioning in the hall and not in bedrooms, but overall we hade a great stay!

Very walkable to what we thought to be the best beach we visited throughout Mallorca. The space was easy to access and nearby to grocery store and restaurants.

A great place to stay with easy access to the local restaurants, a supermarket lately 5 minutes walk away and a great coffee shop next to it. Access to the beach within 5 minutes, with the added bonus that this was a quieter section of the beach. Also easy to get out and about on a bike and explore the glorious Mallorcan landscape. Parking was also fine as we used the spot infant of the house. What was really appreciated was the supply of dishwasher and washing tabs which were provided. We had mixed weather and the house was fine but we felt it could have benefited from a few personal touches, such as the odd picture. Outside seating options were great and in the good weather it was excellent to eat all our meals outside. Be aware of mosquitoes as the lake is very close by.

The house is very beautiful and well equipped, but the best thing about it for us was the location, with just 2 minutes to walk to a beautiful, not too busy beach.

Superb location close to the beach . House suitable for 56 person family . House well kitted out with everything required . Close to large supermarket and shop that sells lovely fresh bread and coffee. Nice patio area to sit out and have lunch and evening meals . 10 min walk to main strip area with lots of restaurants and shops . Overall a really great house and agents are really great to deal with .

We were traveling with a large group of people (5 adults + 1 child) and could not have asked for better accommodations. Everything was absolutely perfect. The owner a very helpful and nice person. We received a welcome treat of a full bowl of fruit and sweets for our daughter. Everywhere was clean, tidy. The rooms provided privacy to the individual couples. We had 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets. The kitchen was above standard. We even had a washing machine at our disposal. We were able to borrow plastic sand toys, blankets, umbrellas and an inflatable small boat for the kids to use on the beach in a small closet. There is nothing that we could fault this accommodation. Even though it is right on the road, you can't hear the hustle and bustle. The garden is pleasantly isolated by undergrowth from the other houses, so it offers privacy even on the property of the house. 190m from the house is a beautiful beach, spacious. There are shops and a supermarket within walking distance. We are very sorry that we only went for a week. We would love to return and are already looking forward to it.

Great host and nice, spacious house to stay. It’s very close to the beach, but you need a bike/ scooter to reach the citypuerto de Alcudia. From time to time it was a bit noisy (because there was a dog barking every night and construction work every day).

House is very nice and clean. Close to the beach, restaurant and supermarket as well. Full furnished. We Will Come back for sure.

If you are looking for a big house with perfect location, super close to the most beautiful beach of Mallorca, you are just right in Maria's house! What we really loved was the big terrace with roof where you can sit outside even though it might be windyrainy (unfortunately we were not lucky with the weather so this was super important to us). Also the kitchen has a lot to offer so that you can pretty much cook and do everything like at home. Very practical was also to have two bathrooms and three toilets - as we were 4 people... A tiny downside were maybe the not most comfortable mattresses - other than that we had an amazing stay and you can't really go wrong with that house :). Regarding value for money it was perfect! Location was the main selling point as we were there to complete in a specific event. Communication was great and apartment was very well equipped.

Great house very close to the ENORMOUS beach. We were a family of 5 and fitted in very comfortably. The supermarket is really close and so is a great local run restaurant (S’oli Verge). Would book again if we’re back in this location!

We were 6 people relaxing for two weeks at Marias place. We had a great time. Just 2min by foot to the beach, transport and grocery stores 5min near by. Quiet and safe. Place was clean and prepared with the all the basic tools and supplies you need and neat welcome snacks. Plantly room inside and outside to cook and eat together. The main road next the house is slightly hearable in the bedrooms, but wasn't a issue sleeping at night. Be aware that a lake is near by, which brings pesky mosquitos. Inside is no problem, but if you want stay outside on the Terrance long into the night better bring some repellentlong light clothes. But overall we had a blast. Good recommendations for a bigger family.

It is perfect for a short trip. Super clean, close to the beach and a bit outside of Alcudia craziness which is really appreciable.

We had a wonderful stay in Majorca. The house was perfect for our needs, spacious, fully equipped and close to all amenities. It's location is out of the main hustle and bustle of Alcudia but within easy reach of restaurants, a supermarket and a stones throw from a beautiful beach!! I would highly recommend Maria's house for a perfect family holiday with young kids. Thanks Maria you were very helpful from initial enquiry through to the booking process.

Very nice house in a quiet area. Close to the beach and shop. Vacationing family with two children and all were very pleased.

We spent a week at the house as a group of 6 and liked it a lot! The house is spacious and very well equipped, with a dishwasher, laundry machine, iron, hair dryer, barbecue, toaster, all kitchen utensils etc. Location was great, with a lovely beach just across the road and a supermarket maybe 3 minutes walk from the house. Communication with the hosts was very smooth at every stage of the process. Overall, the whole experience was great - I would happily recommend the place and wouldn't hesitate to visit again myself!

Enjoy the beach and don't forget to visit the little nice town Alcudia, find a great tapas restaurant there.

Świetna lokalizacka: plaża po drugiej stronie ulicy, blisko przystanki autobusowe i dobra piekarnia. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z hostem mieszkania. Mieszkanie do odświeżenia / remontu

Das Haus war wie beschrieben. Kurzer Weg zum Strand, gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Ansonten ist im Haus alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Das Haus an sich ist gut aufgeteilt von den Zimmern. Hinter dem Haus kann man sehr gut sitzen. Einziges kleines Manko ist, dass Nachts an der Hauptstraße viele Autos übertrieben laut/schnell fahren. Ansonsten alles top! Die Kommunikation hat ebenfalls super funktioniert.

Wir waren 14 Tage im Haus, 4 EW und drei Kinder im Alter von unter 3 Jahren. Es gab zwei Hochstühle und auch zwei Babybetten. Es war alles da, was wir für den Alltag und auch auch zur Verpflegung brauchten. Die Küche reichte auch aus, wobei wir uns über eine Kaffeemaschine gefreut hätten. Hier gab es einen Herdkocher, der für den Induktionsherd nicht geeignet war. Es gab noch eine dolce Gusto, allerdings halten wir von Kapsel-/Padmaschinen nicht sehr viel.
Die Betten und Kopfkissen waren bequem. Die Kleiderschränke hielten genug Platz für die Klamotten bereit.

Die Terrasse und der Innenhof (Garten würde ich nicht sagen, dafür war es zu sehr gepflastert) reichten für die Kids auch vollkommen aus.

Durch die Waschmaschine konnten wir auch die Kindersachen bei Bedarf waschen, das war super. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden nach einer Woche ausgetauscht.

Was würden wir verbessern: in den oberen Badezimmer. Gibt es leider keinen Stauraum für die Waschutensilien etc. Hier wären kleine Schränkchen bzw. Waschbeckenunterschränke hilfreich. Eine Kommode oder Ähnliches im Wohnzimmer wäre ebenfalls hilfreich.

Wir waren vermutlich die ersten Mieter nach dem Winter. Es war sehr kühl und klamm im Haus.

Im Großen und Ganzen fehlte etwas Stauraum, ansonsten war alles in Ordnung. :)

Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch toll war das viele Obst und die Getränke, die wir bei Anreise als Willkommensgruß vorfanden!

Super maison de vacances. Nous étions 5 (2adultes et 3enfants) et la maison était très bien. 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain, climatisation... Le gros plus est qu'elle est située à 100m d'une magnifique plage. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture! Les commerces à proximité sont également tres appréciables. Et la communication avec nos hôtes a été parfaite, ils ont tout fait pour nous arranger et nous permettre de passer de belles vacances. Un immense merci!!

Una casa muy cómoda, cerca de la playa y la atención del propietario

Alles wunderbar. Wir waren als Familie mit 4 kleinen Kindern dort (2, 5, 6 und 7 Jahre). Großer Supermarkt in 5 Minuten zu Fuß, Bushaltestellen direkt vor dem Haus, wo man mit dem Öffentlichen z.B. schnell und günstig Ausflüge machen kann (waren in Can Picafort, der Altstadt von Alcùdia, Palma und Pollenca)... Strand quasi auf der anderen Straßenseite... Hatten eine gute Zeit

Propietario muy amable y siempre atentos a preguntas y soluciones a eventuales inconvenientes. calle tranquila y de fácil aparcamiento. Muy cerca de la playa y de dos restaurantes ( "S'oli Verge", y "Hawaii") ideales para comer en familia. Tienda Eroski a 5 minutos a pie, e increíbles productos bio, pan, croissants, zumos frescos y embutidos locales en tienda regentada por un amable francés

Очень понравился дом. Достаточно современный ремонт. Бесконтактный заезд. Ключи получили из keybox по коду, который размещался возле калитки. Интерьер наполнили деталями, которые делают дом отличный от других. Старые пляжные шляпы на вешалке или ваза на столе с пальмовым листом, корзина фруктов в качестве комплимента. Очень приятный задний дворик, много зелени и шезлонги. После обеда прохладно под тенью сосны даже в +34.

Die Kommunikation mit Nicole, Mariana und dem Besitzer waren super. Wir haben immer eine schnelle Rückmeldung bekommen und Kleinigkeiten wurden sofort erledigt. Die Lage von der Wohnung ist perfekt. Einzig die laute Straße und die Moskitos trüben das Bild ein wenig. Die Matratzen sollten auch einmal getauscht werden Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke für die tolle Zeit.

Tolle Unterkunft, die nur wenige Meter vom wunderschönen Strand entfernt liegt. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei bei kleineren Problemen wurde sofort weitergeholfen. Wir würden dieses Haus sofort wieder buchen. Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern und Eltern, also mit 6 Personen, im Haus. Es ist genug Platz vorhanden, die Ausstattung völlig ausreichend mehr braucht man nicht. Ein Supermarkt und ein Bio-Bäcker befinden sich 200 m entfernt, was wir super praktisch fanden. The house is on a quiet place, very close to the nice beach And close to the shop. Quiet far are the restaurants, And the centre of alcudia is more than 20 minutes very quick walk. If you need to work from there, the Wi-Fi doesnt work…anyway We liked this house, it was nice there.

Pasamos unos días muy agradables en la casa, que es grande, está cerca de la playa y tiene todas las comodidades. Viajábamos con un bebé y nos facilitaron cuna y trona. Tiene un bonito patio donde se puede comer en el exterior a la sombra. La comunicación con el propietario y con la agencia fue muy buena, dispuestos a solucionar los incidentes que pudieran surgir. A parte de la tarifa de Airbnb hay que pagar un extra allí al final de la estancia por la electricidad consumida. Un lugar recomendable en una isla maravillosa.

Nous avons avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est bien équipée, la terrasse est très agréable. La proximité de la plage (3 minutes à pied) est très plaisante. Commerce à proximité très pratique. seul bémol : le bruit de la route. Nous recommandons cette location.

Das Haus verfügt über alles Notwendiges, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist 4 min zu Fuß entfernt. Der Strand liegt ums Eck. Eine Kontaktperson ist jederzeit erreichbar und kann schon nach 15 min vor Ort sein, falls notwendig.

La casa está impecable, es amplia y muy cómoda. La ubicación es perfecta para ir a la playa. El trato recibido y los detalles de la casa han sido perfectos. Si tuvieramos que poner una pega seria que las ventanas no aislan suficiente del ruido de la carretera que pasa al lado. Igualmente la recomendariamos al 100%

Дом очень удобный. Все есть, всего хватает. Хорошие кровати и подушки, так что спится отлично, не смотря на то, что расположен дом на весьма оживлённой улице. До прекрасного пляжа минуты 3 пешком, до супермаркета 5. Белье и полотенца меняют раз в неделю. В целом хороший вариант размещения для одной или двух семей.

Отдыхали 21 день, две семьи,с детьми. Встреча и передача ключей прошла отлично. Нас встретил Рафаэль, очень приятный и заботливый человек. Особенно приятно, что хозяин преподнес комплимент, это было очень кстати после длительного перелета и дороги! Дом очень понравился. Места в доме всем хватало. На кухне есть все необходимое. Хорошая зона барбекю, для отдыха во дворе. Проблем с паркингом нет вообще, перед домом есть свое парковочное место на две машины. Расположение дома очень удачное! До пляжа 100-150 метров, пляж самый лучший и очень удобный для маленьких детей. Магазин EROSKI в шаговой доступности. Нам все очень понравилось,вернулись бы сюда еще раз! Рекомендуем!
