Great apartment, really spacious and clean with a great kitchen, and in a perfect location to the old town! Really responsive hosts!

This is a beautiful, spacious, and well equipped home in a lovely part of the old city of Alcudia. The kitchen is very well equipped, and beach umbrellas were provided. Supermarkets, restaurants, shops, and transit are all in walking distance. Three different beaches were within 25-35 minutes walking distance. Host was very friendly. The only issue was slow internet— streaming on Netflix worked for some reason, but video calls and other downloads were slow. We would stay here again!

Very great and modern apartment in a very good location. Only concerns were that all pillows were very high and each bedroom does not have a separate aircon, it is controlled by a main switch at the apartment entrance.

The owner didnt have the time to greet us, but he wrote every necessary information on whatsapp.He didnt bother us the whole time,we only met him on the last day.He is very kind,friendly. The apartment has everything you need in a great location. It has 3 bedrooms(with air conditioning)-1 with single bed, 1 smaller bed for 2 people and 1 large bed also for 2 people.After checking out you will have to pay for the electricity,which is not much i think(we payed 30EUR for 8 days(5people)) plus tourist tax.

The location of the apartment was amazing ! It was cleand and very well- tended. We haven‘t missed anything ! We felt very comfortable and had a great time in this apartment.

We had a great stay in the apartment in alcudia. the flat is nice and clean,had a nice terrace and the hosts are very friendly. location is super, the area is very calm but central. with all the extra costs of electricity and so on, it's though extensive. but we wouldn't hesitate to come back!

Great location in the middle of Alcudia old town, just a few steps away from restaurants, bars and food market. The location is very convenient: 5 min drive to a wonderful beach ( we liked the one in Mal Pas very much), in the evening you can visit Alcudia with its wonderful restaurants. Everything was perfect: super kitchen, 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds and a cosy terrasse. We can recommend the place! 💯💯💯

A great place to stay and explore Alcúdia and surrounding areas. The apartment is spacious and very well furnished, just what you need after a long hot day at the beachexploring the old Roman town of Pollentia. Jesus and his family are excellent hosts, they even left a welcome pack of food and drink on our arrival in the spotless apartment.

Beautiful and modern house in a quiet and charming 'calle' of old houses in the historic town of Alcudia. Definitely recommended.

Es hat von A bis Z alles gepasst und wir haben den Aufenthalt mitten in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Alcúdia sehr genossen!

Ottima permanenza. La casa era bella e dotata di tutti i confort. Proprio nel centro del paese di Alcudia!!!

Casa per 5 persone in una posizione fantastica, in centro ad Alcudia con parcheggio a 2 minuti a piedi. Locale ristrutturato e molto attrezzato, bel terrazzino. Bagno con doccia bello grande e bagnetto solo wc un po' piccolo, unica pecca i bagni non sono finestrati e non sono provvisti di aspiratore.

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne nochmal wieder. Auch unseren Freunden werden wir dieses Schätzchen im Herzen der Altstadt von Alcudia auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati molto bene, la casa aveva tutto ciò di cui avevi bisogno. Unica cosa magari è stata l'aria condizionata che non si può accendere in ogni singola stanza ma è centralizzata e quindi bisogna aspettare per raffreddare la casa.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement de Jesus et avons reçu un accueil parfait !

Si vous cherchez quelque chose dans Alcudia (village très paisible, ce que nous cherchions ce n'est pas l'ambiance "festa"), je conseille cet appartement : calme (aucun bruit), accessible facilement en voiture pour déposer les bagages (on se gare hors des remparts), bien équipé avec 3 belles chambres, salon et grande cuisine, à 1 mn du centre avec restaurants, et à 3 mn à pieds d'un petit supermarket (très suffisant = Eroski Alcudia) ce qui est très pratique pour faire les courses au jour le jour sans se fatiguer . En arrivant, on avait peur de galérer pour trouver une place de parking chaque jour, mais en fait ça s'est très bien passé. Par exemple on a toujours trouvé une place facilement en remontant la rue du supermarket Eroski ou dans le petit pâté de maisons sur sa gauche au tout début de cette rue. Sinon il y a des grands parkings du côté de l'arène. Bref pas de souci pour ça. Le propriétaire Jesus est très accueillant et facilement accessible tout au long du séjour. La mise à disposition de serviettes de plage est très pratique (une par chambre), ça aide beaucoup quand on voyage léger donc merci :-)

Notre séjour dans ce logement s’est très bien déroulé, la communication avec les hôtes était parfaite, les petites attentions qu’ils nous ont portés étaient très appréciables. Le logement est très bien équipé, avec l’air conditionné dans toutes les pièces et un petit espace extérieur très agréable. Le logement est proche de toutes les commodités et la plage est très proche. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Die Lage ist sehr schön, aber durch Corona sehr eingeschränkt gewesen. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber die mit im Haus wohnten. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr gut ausgelegt. Wenn man sie tagsüber ausmacht wird es nicht so teuer.

La casa es increíble, moderna y agradable. Muy bien situada a un paso del centro de Acudía. Los dueños son súper amables y muy atentos a todas nuestras necesidades. Hemos estado de lujo!!

Una de nuestras mejores experiencias con Airbnb. Magníficos y detallistas anfitriones, y una estupenda ubicación para conocer la isla. La casa corresponde a la perfección con las descripciones.

Sehr nette Vermieter vor Ort, tolle Lage in einer schönen Stadt, tolle Wohnung mit allem, was man zum wohlfühlen braucht.

Boendet ligger perfekt i den mysiga gamla staden, i Alcudia. Lugnt och mycket rent område. Många restauranger i närheten och lagom gångavstånd till olika stränder. Värdparet är mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma. Lägenheten va tillräckligt stor för 4 vuxna och 1 bebis. Fanns dessutom ett till rum som vi aldrig behövde använda. Den lilla toaletten va verkligen jätteliten och sängarna väldigt hårda. Men det är mest en smaksak. Vattenpumpen lät ganska mycket, men efter ett tag glömde man av den. Härlig liten terrass med möjlighet för tak, som vi kunde umgås på dag som kväll. Fräsch lägenhet med bra utbud av utrustning för att tvätta och laga mat. Vi fick sängkläder och handdukar utbytta efter några dagar, vilket vi uppskattade mycket!
