Description
Charming country house with a beautiful Majorcan stone facade which creates a rustic atmosphere, but at the same time inside it combines different styles, a modern and a rustic style, because of the exquisite decorations, creating a very special and cozy atmosphere.
House from the end of the XVI. century, restored preserving the structure and preserving the windows and wooden beams.
It's located in a rural area near Búger, but only 2 km from the village center. So there' s a good connection to get to know the whole island perfectly, both the coast, the Tramuntana mountains or to visit the capital Palma.
The finca has a capacity for 6 persons, there are two buildings on the property. The main house has two double bedrooms, both with two single beds, bathroom en suite and air conditioning. Fully equipped, furnished kitchen, living - dining room with Smart TV, fireplace and air conditioning and direct access to the large veranda, the favorite spot of the house with wonderful views to the amazing garden and the pool. Comfortably furnished, there is a BBQ and gas hob allowing for outdoor cooking.
Crossing the garden, after about 20 meters we find the apartment, also with a beautiful stone facade. It has a living area with a sofa bed, air conditioning and Smart TV, a bathroom and a bedroom in the attic with a bed measuring 1.50 x 1.90 m. Due to its intimacy, it's an ideal cottage for couples or to invite children to a new experience in this charming country house.
The outdoor area is very well maintained and surrounded by native Majorcan vegetation. Impressive pool with child safety, with a beach zone and plenty of space to enjoy the tranquility that this place exudes.
The property has a covered area to park the car there.
The name Sestadors means that it used to be the place where animals took refuge.

Important information about garbage recycling:
There is a strict garbage recycling organization in the area. It is mandatory for both residents and tourists.
A fine of €500 will be charged from the deposit to those clients who do not comply with the recycling regulations and/or leave garbage in the house after their departure.
