We enjoyed our stay at the house very much. It was beautiful, well-maintained, and located in a peaceful area. The owner was very helpful and quick to assist us with the few inquiries we had.

We had a blast! There were six of us longing for a few well spent summery days. We had a late flight and therefore late arrival but because of the check in system that was not a problem. Villa is in the private area so we could really relax and get a good night sleep. Pool is amazing and very clean. Kitchen is fully equiped, it has a dishwasher, stove, toaster and so much more. Bathrooms are spacy, clean and stocked with shampoo and clean towels. Hosts are amazing. We had an amazing comunication and they are very kind. I would totally recommend booking this place :)

Marina's villa is beautiful. It is spacious, spotlessly clean and in a great location if you want peace and quiet. The kitchen had everything you would need and the two big bathrooms were very useful! The swimming pool is as good as the photos suggest with room to swim and deep enough to make a splash! There are two small coves within walking distance which we loved but if you want a busier resort, then Alcudia is just a few km away. We hired a car whilst we were there which we would recommend. Marina is a great host - easy to communicate with and answered all our queries very quickly.

We had a lovely week at Marina’s villa. The pool was fab, kids enjoyed it every day, especially with the blistering heat! Plenty of space inside and all the things we needed. Excellent air conditioning which we loved. Marina the host was exceptional, very organised and helped us with a house key issue instantly. Area was quiet, Alcudia had great restaurants and nearby beaches had crystal clear water. Wished we could stay longer. Superb holiday all round.

Had a wonderful stay at Villasmar place. Booked for a family holiday and it was perfect. The facilities have everything you need and more. Location was great with walking distance to restaurants and small supermarket. Marina who we communicated in with was excellent. Would highly recommend for familysmall group of friends.

We enjoyed our stay at Marina’s place. She was easy to communicate with. When we arrived she had food and snacks ready for our kids! There was some wine in the fridge for us. We appreciated this a lot. The place was clean and kitchen extremely well stocked. Beds were very comfortable and the location was peaceful and quiet. The pool was great for the kids. The villa is excellent, in a fantastic location, really well equipped, and perfect for a family with a baby. Marina is a lovely, thoughtful host who is quick to respond and gives great recommendations. We highly recommend it.

we really had a great stay. all information provided was correct, house clean & host had foreseen some basics like fruit & milk, ... would really recommend!

The house is exactly as described and check in was really easy. Marina’s communication couldn’t be better, before, during and even after our stay. We felt instantly relaxed and the welcome touches made us feel at home quickly. The outside space is amazing! Plenty of sun and shade and the pool was clean and we used it all the time. We were a group of 6 and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything you need for a home from home stay. The supermarket is under a 10 minute walk away and sold all basic food and drinks as well as freshly baked croissants and bread in the morning. There were 2 restaurants just next to it and we ate in both. 5 Oceanos had the better food, but service wasn’t that good. Nura had great service, the food was ok. We also ate at the bodega del sol on the way into Alcudia. This was our favourite place! Amazing vegetable paella and the cheapest sangria!! There was another restaurant in Bonaire that served white sangria, but we didn’t eat there! The cove on the front was great for swimming, but beware of the sea urchins and maybe invest in water shoes! We walked to the beach (playa de Sant pere) which was stunning! Crystal clear, warm, shallow water and once you get deep enough, great for swimming. We walked into Alcudia, it takes about 35minutes and enjoyed the market days. There are bigger supermarkets here, such as Lidl and mercadona. We rented a car for a few days and found this easier to get to Palma and Pollenca. We also did the early morning dolphin watching trip, we’ll worth the early start to see dolphins in the wild. There’s plenty of free parking in Alcudia too! All in all we had an amazing holiday and spent a few days just at the villa and relaxing. It was so good, we didn’t feel the need to go anywhere! There was also a table tennis table and bbq round by the washing machine. A beautiful villa in a beautiful part of Mallorca! A beautifully kept, well equipped villa with a fantastic pool and garden. Marina has thought of everything you could possibly need and is on hand to help if needed. The beach 10/15 mins walk away is totally beautiful and Alcudia Old Town can be reached by foot( half and hour)taxi and is absolutely lovely. It is important to note there is no air conditioning but there are fans in each bedroom which is great. Overall a great Villa which we would highly recommend

The finca is extremely well equipped, from the kitchen to a tabletennis platform with bats. it is also very nicely decorated, the pool is great. the coty center is about 3km away, so its better to have a car available. communication with the hosts was uncomplicated and we were welcomed warmly, also they had a list with some good tips for going out prepared.

Marina was a superb host for our first family holiday as a family of 4. She provided us with lots of essential information for our arrival including details of local shops/restuarants/car hire Highly recommended

Agree with all the praise that other reviewers have given to the owner and the villa. Lovely spacious property, really very clean, excellently equipped (in particular in the kitchen), very nice and really safe pool, just everything about it. It was good that the garden and swimming pool were so private. Loved the location, in a district with two/three restaurants, one of which was really fabulous both for meals and for a relaxing drink and then the port wasa only an 8 minute walk away, with a cove in which to swim, and the beach just up the road too. We had a lovely stay in Marianas house. The accommodation is very quiet and offers a lot of space. The house is a bit outdated, but everything was clean and tidy. We would recommend this accommodation to large families. Mariana, the host, lives right next door and was always helpful if we needed anything.

Privacy for the pool was great. Location of property was perfect.

We can fully recommend this location! We spent a total of 10 days in July 2021 with our family (2 adults, 3 children between 6-10 yrs). The house is located in Buen Aire, which is a quiet neighboorhood of Villas, just a couple of minutes away from Alcùdia (old town). In the neighboorhood there is a small Supermarket and there are 2-3 restaurants. The beach „El Mas Pas“ is about 15 mins walk away and we can really recommend going there. Due to its fine sand, fantastic views and subtle breakers, it is not only nice but also fully usable for families. We can also recommend visiting Alcùdia old town, where there is a tremendous historic town wall (you can walk on it) and many very nice and cosy restaurants and shops. If you have a (rental) car, there are many amazing trips to take in a 30-60min distance from the location (e.g. Pollença, Formentor, Port de Pollensa, Alcudia, Can Picafort, Coll des baix and many more). The house itself is amazing. It was 100% as described. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed each and an additional (master) bedroom on the galleria (which we took as our parents bedroom) with another double bed. Also, there are two toilets/showers and in the upper one there is even a tub/Jacuzzi (which we didn‘t use). On the lower floor, there is a spacious living and dining room (which we also hardly used) and the spacious and well equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher). Given the splendid wheather, we spent most of our time outside. There is a nice patio, which we used to eat (breakfast, lunch & dinner) and there is also a lounge sort of corner, both of it overseeing the garden and pool. The pool is 8x4.5m with a depth of about 1.20m on one side and getting deeper at about the middle up to about 2m on the other end. The pool is very well looked after, fully usable and was a constant joy of our stay. There is a garden shower just next to it. In the garden there is also a Pingpong table and the washing machine (which was used by us regularly). The entire house is very carefully looked after, well equipped and clean. Everything is working. The support we received from Marina, who lives just next to the house, was outstanding. She was very available, flexible and kind. When we arrived, there was a „welcome package“ of soft drinks, beers, some food and milk in the fridge and there was even toilet paper. There were plenty of towels ready and even five veach towels were provided. When we left, we were even granted a late checkout. During our stay, even the pool got cleaned. This type of service is amazing! Although it‘s not cheap, we believe it‘s worth the price and we can fully recommend to rent it and will love to return.

The house was perfect - spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The garden and pool were wonderful and we appreciated the pool fence for the safety of the kids. The house is located in a pretty and quite neighbourhood and it is close to various nice beaches, Alcudia old town, shops and restaurants.

The villa was lovely and clean with good amenities and Marina is an excellent host. She is very responsive and accommodating. She gave us some excellent recommendations for local restaurants and was always available to answer any questions. The welcome pack was a lovely touch as we arrived late in the evening. There are 23 restaurants within a good walking distance from the villa and would definitely recommend going to Alcudia Beach and the old walled town.

The house is perfect for groups of 6 to 8 people. We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and had all the necessities for cooking. The pool was definitely nice to have. The area is very nice and quiet as well. The next beach is very close (3 min by car15 min by foot). The handover of the keys was very uncomplicated due to the code-protected box on the outside of the house. All in all, we would definitely recommend to stay at this place.

**Bewertung für die Finca auf Mallorca** Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in der Finca. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin Marina war hervorragend sie hat bei Fragen sofort reagiert und uns tatkräftig unterstützt. Auch die Agentur für die Vermietung war unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Die Finca selbst war sauber, und die Küche war gut ausgestattet, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Die gesamte Ausstattung war ebenfalls von hoher Qualität. Wir können die Finca uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Der Pool war sehr schön für uns sowie die Terrasse es war alles sehr geräumig und alles vorhanden zum sich wohlfühlen. Auch die Lage war sehr gut und auch ruhig ohne Lärm

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in einem tollen Haus. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Besonders toll fanden wir den gepflegten Pool und die überdachte Veranda. Das Haus war sehr großzügig ausgelegt und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet.
Die Beschreibung des Hauses entsprach genau dem was wir vorgefunden haben.

- Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt
- Der Pool ist groß genug und auch gut für kleinere Kinder geeignet
- Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und dennoch nah ans Meer
- Marina ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, sie hat uns gut Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben und war immer verfügbar wann auch immer wir Fragen hatten

Das Haus hat eine super Lage und Marina ist jederzeit für ihre Gäste erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und die Kids hatten viel Spaß im Pool. Supermarkt, Restaurants, Strand ist alles fußläufig erreichbar.

Waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft Marina

Dom jest położony w pięknej willowej dzielnicy gdzie słychać wyłącznie śpiew ptaków. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona , fajny basen. W domu niczego nie brakuje,.

Insgesamt ein schönes Haus. Sehr netter Kontakt mit Marina, viele Empfehlungen und Tips. Im Haus gab es einen kleinen Willkommenskorb mit der ersten Basisausstattung an Lebensmitteln und den wichtigsten Dingen für die Küche und das Badezimmer

Die Erwartungen wurden vollends erfüllt & wir haben uns aufgehoben und sehr wohl gefühlt die ganze Zeit. Ein sehr ruhiger Ort zum Entspannen und eine sehr gute Ausgangslage für Aktivitäten, Ausflüge oder diverse Restaurants. Tischtennis mit Spielmaterien vorhanden - Super. Pool super & sauber. 2 kleine Badebuchten (ca. 10-15 Min. zu Fuss) mit wunderbarem Sand & klarem/sauberem Wasser laden zum verweilen ein. 3 Restaurants & eine Bar sowie ein kleiner Supermarket in 10Min. zu Fuss erreichbar.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Marina und können einen Aufenthalt nur empfehlen. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend nord-östlich von Alcudia im kleinen Örtchen Cielo de Bonaire. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und bietet alles was man für die einen Urlaub (mit Kindern) benötigt. Marina ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns mehrfach ins nahegelegene Alcudia chauffiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder:)

Das Haus war sehr sauber und wirklich sehr schön. Super Lage des Hauses. 3 Restaurants sind in der Nähe (Maximal 9 Minuten zu Fuß). Der Strand war ebenfalls in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist ebenfalls nur 6 Minuten entfernt. Der Pool war traumhaft und man hatte jederzeit die Möglichkeit in der Sonne oder im Schatten zu liegen. Der Grill und die Tischtennisplatte war eine positive Überraschung, weil wir davon nichts wussten. Die Terrasse war einfach sehr schön. Zu meckern gibt es hier nichts ! Auch Marina selber war jederzeit zu erreichen und sofort vor Ort, wenn man eine Frage oder ein Problem hatte. Jederzeit wieder !

Tolles Haus in super Lage. Alles war bei Ankunft sehr sauber und Marina sehr freundlich! Zum Strand sind es mit dem Auto nur 3 Minuten, zu Fuß etwa 15. Für alle Poolliebhaber: auch der war super. Perfekt zum Abkühlen oder Bahnen ziehen! Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gehoben und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Sehr empfehlenswert :)

Je tenais à vous remercier de nouveau pour votre maison. Ce séjour a vraiment été exceptionnel et idéal pour notre famille! La maison était parfaite pour nous 5, nous nous sommes vraiment sentis chez nous le temps d'une semaine. Le quartier est paisible, chaque détail est bien pensé dans la maison et dans le jardin, il n'y a vraiment rien à redire sur notre séjour! Bravo aux propriétaires et aux architectes pour ce petit îlot de tranquillité! J'espère revenir une prochaine fois!

La maison est exactement telle que décrite. Nous étions 8 et tout a fait à l'aise pour le nombre. La maison est très bien équipée et très propre. L'emplacement est idéal. Tout a été parfait dès notre arrivée et jusqu'à notre départ. Je recommande vivement cette maison et je remercie vivement Marina. Nous y retournerons volontiers

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und konnten uns richtig wohl fühlen im Haus Camamila. Es war bei Ankuft sehr sauber und alles vorhanden was man für den Alltag braucht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr sehr nett 😊 Ich kann das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
