Perfect apartment for a family of 3 with nice big rooms and two terrasses. The view over the bay is fantastic and with aircon in both bedrooms, it is possible to keep a cool night temperature.

The apartment is beginning to be a bit worn down, so a check-up on the elements in the apartment - cabinets, water faucets, water pressure ect. could be great. It is not in the same good shape as when we stayed there 4 years ago :-)

Great apartment, very well equipped. Modern, yet cosy and very bright. (if you are a light sensitive sleeper make sure to bring a sleeping mask) Easy access by elevator and a few steps. Kitchen has all the equipment you need. Nice livingroom and a losee more

Kitchen has all the equipment you need. Nice livingroom and a lovely balcony with access to the real gem - the roof top terrace. Amazing views of the Port and beach. Comfortable beds, and very well functioning AC in the master bedroom (also thru out the other rooms) Very nice and modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Walking distance to everything you need. stores, beach, pool, sea, restaurants ++++ Despite being so central the place is well sound proofed and totally quiet. I fully recommend this place and will definately consider staying here again when returning to Alcudia. :)

Just two little things. It would be good to adjust the sockets in the apartment. Some are completely missing and some fall out. And the mattress in the bedroom would also be worth replacing. Otherwise, everything was great.

Great apartment (well kitted out with everything you could need). Lovely outside space - the balcony and rooftop terrace were well-used by us. Everything was new and very clean. Great location too - next to the pool, beach less than 2 minutes walk ansee more

Great location too - next to the pool, beach less than 2 minutes walk and plenty of supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance. The central location did however mean that it was noisy at night until the early hours of the morning - even with windows closed you could hear the outside noise and music. Also, make sure you give your airport transfer company the name of the apartment complex as the address we were given took the driver to the wrong building 1.5km away on the same road (use the google map link to get the building complex name). Despite several photos we also struggled to find the correct key box - most key boxes are unlabelled.

The only improvement could be to get a double bed and single covers for the master bedroom instead of the 1,5 person bed and double covers as it is now. It is a bit narrow for two adults used to more space :-)

Die Wohnung entsprach unseren Erwartungen und wir können die Nutzung als "Basislager" wirklich empfehlen. Auch, weil wir von Villasmar sehr gut betreut worden sind. Danke, Nicole! Das regnerische Wetter hatte unsere Zeit auf der Dachterrasse zwar etwas eingeschränkt, aber für ein Frühstück, zum Entspannen oder einem Glas Wein am Abend ist sie immer gut. Alle Arten von Utensilien und Ausstattung findet sich in der Wohnung, sogar für den Strand. Die Betten sind natürlich immer Geschmacksache - und die Nachbarn kann sich keiner aussuchen. Für uns passte beides. Selbstredend ist die Gegend belebt und nicht wirklich leise, aber das weiß man, wenn man an diesem Küstenabschnitt Urlaub bucht. Wir sind daher extra zu dieser Jahreszeit dort gewesen, da das Ende der Saison die Anzahl der Touristen in ertragbaren Grenzen hält. Die Umgebung spricht für sich und jeder Ausflug brachte neue, wunderbare Eindrücke! Mallorca ist wirklich mehr als nur Strand. Gerne wieder, gerne mit Villasmar.

The view from the terrace is amazing and in the evening/night it is breezy and there are great views of the port lights. The apartment is comfy and well equipped. Communication with the owners was excellent. Thanks for a great week!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Man kann Restaurants gut zu Fuß erreichen und hat es sehr nah zum Strand. Es gibt viele Joggingstrecken, die wir reichlich genutzt haben. Auch geocachen war reichlich möglich. In den Orten rund herum gab es einige Labcaches, die uns geholfen haben, die schönsten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu finden. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in bester Lage! Die Wohnung liegt im obersten Stockwerk, ist relativ neu renoviert und wirkt beim Betreten sofort hell und einladend. Vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Strand und die Dachterrasse bietet einen Rundumblick über Port d'Alcudia inkl Sonnenauf- und untergang. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es ruhig, wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Betten sind etwas kurz, aber wunderbar bequem. Die direkte Nähe zum Strand (1. Reihe) ist genial für einen kurzen Abstecher zum Wasser. Für Kinder eignet sich der Strand vor der Haustür ideal, da das Wasser relativ niedrig ist und keine Wellen in die Bucht kommen. Wir waren insgesamt sehr begeistert und würden hier wieder wohnen, wenn wir nochmal nach Alcudia kommen.

La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique et les commerces sont vraiment situés à deux pas. Mariana est très réactive, elle répond à vos sollicitations efficacement et très rapidement. Nous reviendrons très certainement. Félicitations à elle pour son logement, nous n'avons pas trouvés mieux depuis que nous voyageons depuis 2017.
